According to sources familiar with the matter, the inquiries came last week and focused on the activities of 10 or so mostly top Herbalife members. It's unclear exactly what law enforcement asked for, or the identities of the specific members in question. Sources say the company has offered the members assistance in obtaining legal counsel though it's unclear how many have sought representation. Separately, Herbalife has also received inquiries recently about irregular trading in its stock as part of a broader investigation into possible market manipulation.

The investigation is related to certain statements issued by the Company       concerning iDreamSkys financial performance and prospects. On March 13,       2015, iDreamSky announced updated revenue guidance for the fourth       quarter of 2014. The Company now estimates fourth quarter revenue to be       between RMB327.0 million (US$52.7 million) and RMB329.0 million (US$53       million), compared to previously announced revenue guidance of between       RMB390.0 million (US$62.9 million) and RMB410.0 million (US$66.1       million). According to the Company, the revised guidance reflects that the launch       of a popular casual game was delayed on one of the Company distribution       platforms, and the monetization of another popular casual game was less       than expected due to the simultaneous launch of other hit games on the       same distribution platform. Following this news, iDreamSky shares fell       more approximately 26%, or as much as $2.88 below the previous closing       price, in intraday trading on March 16, 2015.

But now having done it, I wouldnt trade it for anything. I think Shauna (Barnes) summed it up best, right after I shook hands with Justice Sotomayor. She said, and this is why you did it. She was completely right. Shauna Barnes, general counsel forDogfish Head Craft Brewery in Delaware, enjoyed her swearing-in ceremony so much that her husband Brandon Barnes, who accompanied her to last years swearing-in ceremony, chose to be sworn in on Monday so they could re-live the experience. Both members of the Rose Council, Brandon Barnes recently became Senior Litigation Analyst  Energy Sector for Bloomberg Intelligence.

Those same officials urge citizens to get involved in keeping their neighborhoods safe. The Mountain Top area of Luzerne County is experiencing what many other communities in Northeastern Pennsylvania have experienced for the past 5 years or so: Big city crime-- Wright Township Police Officer Dave Winsock has patrolled the streets of Mountain Top for 16 years and says he has seen a big change n the types of crimes in recent years-- Winsock said, "I see more crime that is usually seen in the bigger cities --things like armed hold ups and daylight burglaries-- 90 percent of these crimes have a connection to drug use or drug selling-" Winsock added, "Our proximity to Interstates 80, 81 and the turnpike make Mountain Top an easy destination as well as an easy escape for those who have criminal intentions-" Residents we spoke with say they are concerned but realize that Mountain Top is not immune to crime of any type-- Darla Flick from Mountain Top told Eyewitness News, "It's kind of scary you don't expect it in your own hometown and you don't want it!" Mary Knight has run a dog grooming business in Mountain Top for a decade and added, "I think more people have to get involved-in the old day people watched out for each other--" Officer Winsock agreed and said, "People have to call us if they see something out of the ordinary-- we would rather respond to a non-incident than take a chance that something bad is going on--" Copyright 2015 Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc.
